Vexax Universal Digital Product License

Thank you for purchasing or using a digital bundle from VexaX.

This license governs the use of all current and future VexaX digital bundles, including (but not limited to):

• Web Designs Bundle
• JavaScript Scripts Bundle
• Bootstrap Templates Bundle
• CSS3 Animations Bundle
• Animated Backgrounds Bundle
• Canvas Effects Bundle
• SVG Effects Bundle
• CSS Shapes & Elements Bundle
• HD Wallpapers Bundle
• VexaX Tool Suite Bundle
• VexaX Games Bundle
• VexaX Launch Project Bundle
• Any other digital content, assets, or files distributed as part of VexaX bundles

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased VexaX bundle for:

• Personal use
• Client projects
• Commercial projects

This license does not transfer ownership of the content.
Note: This license applies only to the bundle purchased. Other VexaX bundles are sold separately.

2. Ownership

All VexaX bundles are the intellectual property of VexaX.com. You may not:

• Claim ownership of original or modified products
• Rebrand, resell, or represent the product as your own
• Infringe on any copyright, trade dress, or trademark rights

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use products in websites, applications, SaaS projects, educational content, or internal tools
• Customize, modify, or combine bundle assets for your own or client-specific projects
• Use products in monetized projects as long as the bundle is not sold or distributed as a standalone VexaX asset

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or upload VexaX bundles or individual assets from a bundle as standalone products
• Include VexaX bundles in asset libraries, UI kits, or design packs for sale
• Create competing tools, games, or platforms using VexaX assets
• Offer any VexaX content as downloadable assets on public websites or marketplaces

5. Platform and SaaS Integration

You may integrate VexaX bundles into a larger tool, platform, or SaaS project only if:

• The final product offers substantial added value or original functionality
• It does not replicate or compete directly with any existing or future VexaX bundle

6. Educational & Tutorial Content

You may view and learn from VexaX tutorials, demos, or videos. However:

• You must not copy or replicate UI structures, tools, or designs shown in tutorials
• Any output created using VexaX guidance must still comply with this license

7. E-Books, Wallpapers & Digital Media

All VexaX digital media, including e-books, HD wallpapers, illustrations, and graphics are fully copyrighted. You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or distribute these works individually
• Use characters, stories, or graphics in commercial merchandise without written consent

8. Updates & Support

• Free updates may be provided to maintain functionality and compatibility
• Basic support is included for all bundles
• Custom support, changes, or enterprise licensing may be offered at additional cost (contact: support@vexax.com)
• VexaX reserves the right to update, add, or remove content in any bundle. License applies to all current and future versions.

9. Termination

Violation of this license results in immediate termination of your rights to use VexaX bundles. VexaX reserves the right to pursue legal action for misuse or infringement.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any VexaX bundle, you fully accept these terms. This license is binding globally and applies to any updates or future versions of the purchased bundle.
